In the Panoramahotel Braunwald restaurant, you can expect regional and seasonal cuisine that harmoniously combines tradition and modernity. With a lot of care, high-quality products and a fine sense of enjoyment, dishes are created that fit perfectly into the mountains of Braunwald - of course with vegetarian and vegan options.

Breakfast
Every day from 7.30 a.m. you can enjoy a fine coffee or cappuccino with us.
You are also welcome without an overnight stay. Between 7.30 and 10.00 a.m. you can help yourself to our generous and varied breakfast buffet - the ideal start to an eventful day in the mountains.

Hot meals served throughout the day (until 5.00 pm)
From 12.00 to 17.00 we serve you hot dishes throughout. During the day, our crispy, golden-yellow rösti is the focus of the offer. It is complemented by juicy burgers, fresh salads, children's dishes and practical packed lunches to take away - ideal for hikers, athletes, families and all those who want to enjoy Braunwald actively.

In addition, we offer daily changing lunch menus including salad for CHF 26.50.
Homemade cakes and desserts round off our daily offer.

From 6.00 p.m. we welcome you with our evening menu. You can expect a small but fine menu with selected classic and modern dishes.
As a special treat, we offer a 4-course recommendation menu every day. You can find the respective compilation directly on the map. On request, we serve a suitable wine accompaniment, personally selected and recommended by our Chef de Service - harmoniously matched to the individual courses and for an all-round harmonious taste experience. If there is no table available in the restaurant, we will be happy to invite you to a relaxed aperitif first.
