Directly on the cycle path and embedded in the idyllic park landscape of the Dämmli in Niederurnen, the DämmliBistro invites you to take a break, enjoy nature and spend cosy hours.

Operated by Jonathan Barco and Chinatsu Sugishima, guests can expect a varied selection of homemade specialties. The focus is on homemade empanadas, complemented by sweet delicacies, small aperitif dishes as well as regional beers, selected wines, homemade refreshments, coffee and tea specialties and summer cocktails.

Additional street food specialties provide culinary variety, ranging from bánh mì and burritos to onigiri, crepes, and galettes.

If you are in a hurry, you can also enjoy numerous dishes as take-away. The homemade empanadas are also ideal to take away and can be easily baked at home.

The DämmliBistro sees itself as a meeting place for locals, day trippers, families and cyclists. Various games invite young and old to linger, while the stream in the Dämmli provides natural refreshment on warm summer days.

In cooperation with the ortsFEST association, various cultural events and occasions take place during the season, which additionally enliven the Dämmli and make it a lively meeting place.

Whether for a short rest during a bike tour, a cosy aperitif with friends or a relaxing summer evening in the countryside - the DämmliBistro offers the right setting to experience beautiful moments together.
