Weissenberge - Mühlibachtal
The connection from the Weissenberge to the Mülibachtal will surprise you with magnificent views.
The Matt-Weissenberge aerial cableway takes us to the sunny plateau of the Weissenberge. The hiking trail leads through pastures and hay meadows up to the Stäfeli ski hut. From there, it is not far to the Zindelchopf viewpoint with its magnificent view of the Glärnisch massif and down into the Sernftal. The trail passes below the Sonnenhorn, at times quite exposed. Passing the Heueggli, it slowly descends in the direction of Mühlibach into the Üblibachtal. Along the stream, sometimes a bit above, sometimes directly alongside it, the path leads quite comfortably to Engi. A great hike that is very rarely frequented, allowing you to be alone with nature and yourself.
