Touring ski enjoyment in the evening

On selected dates, slopes 1 and 9 to Grotzenbüel and Ortstockhaus are open to ski tourers until 9.30 p.m. The Chämistube mountain restaurant on the Grotzenbüel and the Ortstockhaus mountain inn are open and look forward to your visit.

Bergrestaurant Chämistube, Grotzenbüel

A fine Braunwalder Alpchäs fondue or a Braunwald raclette slice will strengthen you for the nightly descent. The last time to order an Alpchäs fondue or a raclette slice is at 9:00 p.m.

Mountain inn Ortstockhaus

Come by and enjoy a small but fine selection of dishes with a magical view over the valley. The kitchen is open until 8.00 pm on Friday evenings. The last descent into the valley is possible at 9.15 p.m. – the slopes are closed from 9.30 p.m. For dinner, please make a reservation in advance by calling +41 55 533 59 31

The slopes may only be used until 9.30 p.m. The ski area is prepared by snow groomers with winches, entering or skiing on the slopes after 9.30 p.m. is prohibited for safety reasons.
