Swimming pool, Obersee
The Badi is located in the Oberseetal, about 1 kilometre west of the Obersee, and is considered the smallest and, at 1000m above sea level, the highest outdoor pool in the canton of Glarus.
The bathing facility, which is supplied with natural water, has been in existence since 1963. It was previously considered the "coldest swimming pool in Switzerland".
As part of a renovation in 2020, a filter system was also installed so that the bathing water can stay in the pool longer and warm up - provided the weather is nice.
The swimming pool is operated by the Obersee-Stafel swimming pool association.
