Snowshoe tour Fonduetrail to Ortstockhaus

We enjoy the magnificent panorama and discover various animal tracks in the deep snow. Arriving at the venerable Ortstockhaus, pure hut romance is the order of the day: With a delicious fondue and a glass of white wine, we quickly recover from the ascent and the good atmosphere invites us to linger. We take the descent casually and happily under our big "feet" and return to the mountain station of the Braunwald funicular in the light of the headlamps, moon and stars, satisfied. Route: Braunwald funicular mountain station - Ortstockhaus and back Length 8.3 km, 540 m ascent, 540 m descent, 3.5 hours walking time.
