Ski hut Schabell
The ski house directly at the hiking and skiing area.
The Skihaus Schabell is located in the middle of the hiking and skiing area above Elm (canton of Glarus) in eastern Switzerland, as well as right next to the 6-seater Elm-Empächli gondola lift.
Open all year round, it is suitable for school camps, apprentice camps, company outings, ski weekends or private occasions such as family celebrations, etc.
From the second night onwards, our guests travel free of charge on the gondola lift. Free transport of goods & parking.
The surrounding area offers great activities for young and old, with a lot of fun factor.
Summer Offer:
Giant trampoline, giant forest, various fireplaces, Elmar's gold mine, mountain car/scooter fun, large playground.
Ideal starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty in the oldest wildlife reserve in Europe - the Freiberg Kärpf. Several beautiful and challenging mountain tours around the Martinsloch, which also await experienced mountaineers.
Winter offer
In winter you are already on the ski slopes, direct access to the house on skis.

We have a bright, cosy dining and lounge with a warm-air fireplace, a modern kitchen, a playroom with table football and table tennis and a large sun terrace with a view of our impressive mountain panorama.
Food ordered in the village is delivered daily free of charge to the mountain station of the gondola lift.
