• In some online shops, the place of receipt can be selected.
• Parcels can be easily redirected via "My consignments".

Pick up parcels at the Braunwald guest information:

• Register and log in for PickPost free of charge at the Swiss Post Customer Center: https://www.post.ch/de/empfangen/empfangsorte/pickpost-my-post-24/pickpost (the prerequisite for this is a residential address in Switzerland.)
• In the online shops with integrated PickPost, enter the desired collection point in the check-out process: "My Post Service Stelle Braunwald".
• Attention: Parcels that are addressed directly to the holiday home instead of the PickPost point will continue to be notified to the Volg in Linthal.
• Incoming shipments will be notified by e-mail or SMS.
• Pick up the parcel or registered letter with proof of notification (SMS or e-mail) and valid ID at the PickPost service point in Braunwald. You may have to sign for the receipt of the shipment and pay any expenses.
• Private individuals residing in Switzerland can use the PickPost service.

Register for PickPost:
Create a customer account in the "My Post" customer portal on www.post.ch. Receive a code within 3 working days to verify the address and account.

PickPost and My Post 24 can now be used in full.

Send parcels:
Pre-franked items such as business reply (GAS) and mail order returns can be posted at all PickPost access points.

At the Braunwald Guest Information, consignments can be posted as PostPac Economy, and prices are based on parcel size (M, L and XL), i.e. their volume.

All other letter and parcel items (letters, bulky goods, Swiss Express Mond, PostPac Priority and consignments abroad) can only be posted at the post office!
