«Industriespionage» beim Anna Göldi Museum und Comptoir/Baumwollblüte
The Glarus region was industrialized extraordinarily early. Industrial culture has remained formative and important to this day. With the "Industrial Espionage" program, you are right in the middle of it.
Traditional and innovative Glarus companies open their production and service facilities exclusively to participants in "industrial espionage" and provide a glimpse behind the scenes.
Anna Göldi Museum and Comptoir/Cotton Blossom
The industrial site of the former fabric printing plant in Ennenda is unique in Switzerland. Spies visit the 170-year-old factory office (Comptoir) of what was once Glarus' largest employer. After a look at the historically important fabric sample collection of the manufacturer Adolf Jenny-Trümpy (1855-1941), the tour goes to the Hänggiturm, where new fabrics can be printed with old patterns. Finally, there is a refreshment in the cotton blossom. The independent visit of the Anna Göldi Museum in the converted Hänggiturm is possible after the industrial espionage.
