The starting point at Urnerboden can be reached by car or postal bus. The first meters in altitude are covered by the Urnerboden-Fisetengrat aerial cableway. From the mountain station, the marked path leads through alpine pastures and colorful flower meadows, over the ridge via Geissstein-Gletscherchopf up to the hut. After about 660 meters of ascent and 3 hours of hiking time, the well-deserved reward awaits: a cool drink and a fresh tart in the cozy Claridenhütte – the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable route with a view of the majestic Tödi.
