Very quiet location and yet central. Starting point of many beautiful hikes and bike tours of different requirements, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoe tours. Attractive toboggan run right up to the front door. The nearby Elm ski area can be easily reached by car in a good 5 minutes or by bus.

The property is an old farmhouse, which has undergone a gentle renovation. In addition to the total renovation of the kitchen and wet room, attention was paid to the preservation of the original charm and lovingly furnished. The ground floor is heated by a heat pump and partly electric underfloor heating. For the living room, there is also the possibility to create a cosy warmth with the tiled stove. The bedrooms are not heated. Not barrier-free.
