Gastronomy and stands at the cheesemarket Elm

There is a lot to try at the Alpchäs and Schabzigermärt in Elm. Be it hearty alpine dishes, delicious cheese specialities or fine and regional dishes from the Glarus region.

TASTING AND SALE
Glarus alpine alpine dairymen present and sell their products, and you can also taste their alpine cheese from the alpine summer of 2025. Artfully garnished Schabziger Brüüt and other Schabziger products can be purchased. In addition, new alpine products such as Mutschli, Chümichäs or Alp raclette are also offered at the stalls.
