Feuerstelle Laui – Zillibach

On the way to Nussbüel is this magnificent Swiss family fireplace.

Accessibility:
From the village in the direction of Nussbüel - Rietalp - Brächalp Unterstafel - then follow the signs to the Swiss family fireplace. From the village to the fireplace: 35 minutes hike to the Zillibach Falls: Follow the marked stones across the alpine terrain to the waterfall. Fire pit to waterfall: 15-20 minutes

Specials:
Hike or bike tour to the Nussbüel restaurant. The fireplace is rather small, but you are certainly undisturbed here. Three benches invite you to linger and you can hear the nearby mountain stream rushing. Firewood can be searched for in the woods. You have to take the waste with you yourself.

This fireplace is maintained by the municipality of Glarus Süd.
