The term "musical and historical" stands for the work of the famous professional officer, Thomas Legler, who was born in this house in 1782. In 1812, during Napoleon's Russian campaign, he sang the Berezina song in a situation of little hope. Since then, this has become a folk song that gives courage, confidence and comfort.
