Chairlift Bächital – Seblengrat
The Bächital-Seblengrat chairlift was built in 1969 by the Braunwaldbahn AG and the Seblengrat restaurant and provides access to the Bächital with its beautiful northern slopes.
Since the sun only shines on them for a few hours a day in the winter months, there are usually optimal slope conditions with powder snow and freeride opportunities.
Together with the Gumen (1,901 m above sea level), the Seblengrat is one of the highest termini in the touristically developed area of Braunwald.
The Seblengrat connects to the summits of the Eggstöcke in an easterly direction, which form the border with the canton of Schwyz in the west.
The Bächital chairlift is out of service in summer.
