The Camona da Punteglias CAS is the starting point for popular alpine tours, such as on the Piz Russein (Tödi), Piz Urlaun, Piz Frisal, Piz Posta Biala or Bündner Tödi. But the Camona da Punteglias CAS is also ideal as 1- or 2-day hikes and long-distance hikes across the Val Gliems. Equally worthwhile is the alternative ascent to the hut through the popular family via ferrata.
The extensive glacier forefield behind the hut offers an impressive biodiversity of rocks and plants, which is very exciting to explore for young and old.
The Camona da Punteglias CAS offers space for 35 guests and invites you to linger with its cosy charm, a social gathering and homemade delicacies from the wood-fired oven and stove.

Opening hours
The Camona da Punteglias CAS is manned over the Easter days with optimal snow and touring conditions and enough registrations. In the summer season, which lasts from approx. mid-June to the end of September, the hut is staffed throughout.
