Braunwalder Geschichtenspaziergang

The stations are like an audio walk, where you get to know many exciting fairy tales and legends from Braunwald and the Glarus region. If you want, you can easily listen to the stories with your smartphone and a QR code.

Children from the Braunwald primary school collected the stories that their parents and grandparents told and passed on to them.

From this collection and legends and fairy tales selected by students, the text for the "Story Walk" was produced. In addition to a team of students from the Zurich University of the Arts for the recordings and for the dramaturgical / technical implementation, children from the primary school also actively participated in the design with the participation of their teacher Gabriel Schiltknecht. The stories are told by actors and actresses, also with the participation of the children from Braunwald. Through the use of music and sound design, the whole thing is implemented in an entertaining and exciting way.
