The accommodation is located in Obstalden/Glarnerland above Lake Walen (between Zurich and Chur), on the garden floor of a newly built villa with upscale furnishings. The apartment is ideal for active vacationers and nature lovers. The lake, the surrounding mountains (Kerenzerberg, Flumserberg, Amden), nearby sports and leisure centres (Kerenzerberg, Lintharena) and a wide variety of excursion destinations (Weindorf Quinten, House of Läderach, Knies Children's Zoo Rapperswil, Heididorf Maienfeld, Principality of Liechtenstein, Tamina Therme, Tamina Gorge, Landquart Fashion Outlet, Appenzeller Show Dairy) allow for a varied stay.

From the living area and the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Walen, the Seerenbach Falls as the third highest waterfall cascade in the Alps and the Churfirsten chain with its seven two-thousand-metre peaks. The 45m2 living space is suitable for up to 4 people and is divided into an open living/dining area (incl. sofa with bed function) with fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe, cozy sleeping area with box spring bed and a large bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The apartment offers modern security as well as comfortable multimedia and smart home equipment. A private parking space with charging facilities for electric vehicles is available (wallbox in preparation).

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Stays of 7 days or more benefit from discounted daily rates. The rental price is all-inclusive and includes the mandatory tourist taxes. After your guest card (GlarnerlandPass) has been issued, you benefit from free use of public transport in the Glarus region.
