Ämpächli - Bischofalp

An easy snowshoe tour with a beautiful view.

The start is at the Ämpächli mountain station. The trail leads through open terrain to the new wildlife observation station and then via Matthüttli to the Mountain Hotel Bischofalp. The route is sunny and you can enjoy a unique view of the opposite 3000-meter peaks of the Sardona tectonic arena.

If you start from Bischofalp and end there again, the hiking time is about 1.5 hours.
