Transgenerational trauma - the unconscious transmission of unprocessed psychological stress. With Kim de l'Horizon and Prof. Dr. Andrea Abraham.
In our search for our identity, we also end up with our own family again and again. Transgenerational trauma, the unconscious transmission of unprocessed psychological stress and trauma consequences to subsequent generations, has increasingly become the focus of science and research in recent years. To kick off the 16 Days against Gender-Based Violence, Kim de l'Horizon will read from the novel Blutbuch (2022), which won the German and Swiss Book Prizes. In conversation with Prof. Dr. Andrea Abraham, an expert on intergenerational trauma in families, the focus is on "family secrets that hang like clouds of fog over and between the generations".

A cooperation project between the Anna Göldi Museum and the Women's Centre Glarus.
