Screen printing on textiles brought across generations.
Ornaments are like music to the eyes. Many generations and cultures were and are involved in its emergence and transmission. This also applies to the Glarus samples and scarves. The screen printing workshop on the 1st floor of the Hänggiturm in Ennenda opens its doors to families, children and young people on selected Sundays or by appointment.
When printing textiles brought along with historical Glarus patterns, craftsmanship and knowledge are shared. This can give rise to new garments, but also to new thoughts and ideas.
