Important information about ice fishing in the Garichtistausee

A fishing license is required on the ice in the Garichtistausee. Ice fishing is permitted from mid of January until end of February. Ice fishing is only allowed on the front part of the lake up to the mark (red dots). Entering the frozen lake is at your own risk, in case of accidents any liability is declined. Entering the frozen lake is only allowed during daylight. The holes to fish on the ice may only be made with specialised ice drills. Please do not leave any belongings or rubbish on the ice surface and respect other users (divers).
