Roasting coffee with tradition

Since 1973, we have been roasting green coffees from the best growing regions in the world in our family business in Glarus. The fascination of coffee does not let us go, no! It drives us on and on. This commits itself to further education. That's why our son Andreas attended the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Wädenswil from 2010 to 2011. We are now in proud possession of one of the first and only "Certificate of Advanced Studies in The Science and Art of Coffee" in Europe.

We are also proud of the fact that our customers include many catering establishments with high standards of quality and taste.
