The shortest stage of the Segnes Trek – an experience for the senses

Stage 4 of the Segnes Trek starts with a spectacular descent into the Glarus region before the path calms down and gently leads through the mountains. Behind you, the Tschingelhörner greet you with their famous Martinsloch - this time from a new perspective!

A highlight: Alp Tschinglen at 1482 m. Here, the Tschinglen inn invites you to take a leisurely break, while the old stables tell of the past. The clear stream next to it is the perfect place for a well-deserved break before you continue.

The ascent to the Martinsmadhütte (approx. 500 metres in altitude) is rocky and challenging (T3), but it's worth the effort! The SAC mountain hut is a little gem - lovingly furnished and embedded in a breathtaking mountain backdrop.
