Schlittelbahn Weissenberge–Matt
Thanks to its even gradient, it is widely known by all sporty riders. There are always plenty of parking spaces available. The Matt-Weissenberge cable car can also be reached directly by bus from Schwanden.
Rental:
For 19.- per day (Fri. 15.- half day from 12:00 p.m.) you can rent our popular 'Family Flizzer' at the valley station. With the cloth seat cover, they are comfortable and very easy to steer due to their mobility.
There are many sleds available, but groups should definitely reserve well in advance. If night sledging is not announced, the toboggan run will not be illuminated and not monitored after 17:00. On request, rental sleds can be used until 20:00. Please note that the cable car will only run according to the timetable without group registration. The sleigh ride is at your own risk. After 8:00 p.m., sleds that are no longer needed must be returned to the platform of the cable car valley station.
Lantern sledging and fondue fun:
Race through the night by lantern light! On Friday and Saturday evenings from dark until 10:00 p.m. in good conditions. Enjoy a fine fondue in the Edelwyss mountain inn or in the Weissenberg restaurant in a cosy atmosphere as a refreshment before the descent.
