Rundwanderung Mettmen-Leglerhütte

A wonderful hike to the Leglerhütte SAC, which can be reached in about 2.5 hours from the mountain station of the Kies Lufseilbahn. The hut and the hike are located in the Freiberg Kärpf, the oldest wildlife reserve in Europe. The hike begins with a ride on the Kies-Mettmen cable car, with which you can reach the mountain station in a few minutes. The hiking trail leads you past the new Berghotel Mettmen to Lake Mettmen, also known as the 'Garichti Reservoir'. The well-developed path goes steadily. Tip: Return past the idyllic Ängiseeli and via Ratzmatt and Matzlenfurggelen back to Mettmen.
