Raku Keramik brennen
Discover hidden talents of your employees and strengthen team spirit in a unique way! Raku Brennen combines art, craftsmanship and teamwork in a relaxed atmosphere - an experience that will be remembered for a long time.
Raku means happiness, joy and well-being and is an old traditional Japanese ceramic technique that dates back to the 15th century and is characterized by its
unpredictable, fascinating results. The bowls and objects are first designed by the guests with special raku paints according to their mood, then heated in the kiln to about 950 degrees until the colors shine beautifully. During this time, guests can fortify themselves with a small aperitif and at the same time equip the ovens with wood. The red-hot bowls from the oven are first placed in sawdust and covered, thus creating the cracks in the glaze typical of raku. Afterwards, the guests wash their bowls in water, which makes the colors shine again. Each bowl is a unique and surprising one-of-a-kind, where you don't know exactly what the result will be in advance.
Raku brennen is a creative adventure full of unexpected surprises, where each participant can discover their own creative power and take home a great souvenir of it.
