Nüenalp cheese dairy experience for groups
Christian and Rahel Beglinger offer different offers for groups and clubs. What they have in common is that the participants enjoy an unforgettable alpine experience, framed by culinary alpine delicacies.
The Nüenalp ob Mollis not only impresses with the adventure cheese dairy of Mittler- and Ober Nüen - hemming and cow milking is also possible at Rahel and Christian Beglinger-Urner. Glarus alpine cheese is made daily from the fresh milk of the cows - and you can also watch it. During the alpine season, groups can take part in the adventure cheese making by appointment. You decide which product is produced: Alpine cheese Mutschli, Alpine raclette cheese or the original, the traditional Glarus Alpine cheese.
During the alpine season, the hiking pub on the Nüenalp also invites you to linger and is open all day.
The farm shop in Mollis on the valley farm is open all year round, where various products are available directly from the farm.
