Manon Mullener Quintett

Women in Jazz: With her new album Stories, the young Swiss pianist Manon Mullener takes us on a musical journey, a modern jazz journey with many Cuban sounds.
Manon Muller's new program is a musical journey inspired by moving testimonies of people she has met around the world. Each piece of this modern jazz album, influenced by Cuban sounds, tells a unique life story, such as that of Zoila, a 95-year-old Cuban grandmother who remembers the perfumery she ran with her husband in Havana in the 50s, or that of Noh, a Mexican taxi driver committed to Mayan values, and Willard, an opera fan from the upscale neighborhoods of New York.

A world tour with 100 concerts will allow audiences to discover these musical stories live, with an energy and depth that promises unforgettable emotions.
