Käsepass Alp Fessis

Fessis is beautifully situated above Ennenda and Sool. There are different ways to get to the cheese pass box on Ober Fessis.

The one from Ennenda is recommended: The Äugstenbahn (in the summer months, registration required on 055 640 81 53) takes you comfortably up to the Äugstenhütte at 1500 m above sea level in the morning. M., to take the steeply beautiful hiking trail to Fessis under your feet after a morning coffee and a piece of cake. Always follow the signpost towards Fessis-Seeli, but at the top of the ridge turn right down to the alpine hut (1850 m above sea level).

• Fessis is a wonderful area, shrouded in legend and unique not only among the Fessis-Seeli. It is worth spending a nice day of hiking here. If you want to hike a long way, you can also take the hike to the Käsepass-Alp Heuboden under your feet.
