In Mitlödi on the Schwanden-Glarus cycle path is the organic farm of the Hefti-Fischbacher family, in the Hüsliguet. There are numerous delicacies in the self-service shop: alpine cheese from Guetbächi (Heftis farm this alp above Linthal with the family), eggs, egg pasta and from soup chicken to chicken fillet in dough to chicken nuggets - and in autumn cider fresh from the farm.
