A 50% prepayment is considered as a booking confirmation. Cancellation policy Less than 2 months before the start of the rental period: 100 % Up to no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period: 75 % Up to no later than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 50 % Up to no later than 4 months before the start of the rental period: 40 % Up to 6 months before the start of the rental period: 30 % 6 % and more months before the start of the rental period: 20 % Visitor's tax included in the price.
