In this venerable alpine chalet from 1937 in a prime panoramic location, you just want to snuggle up right away. Especially when the days get shorter, the trees change color and winter gradually announces itself. Hidden between fir trees, it looks really rustic and cosy from the outside - with a exposed stone wall, its wooden façade and the many balconies under the protective gable roof.

Lots of wood as well as original elements such as doors, stair railings, plank floors, cast-iron stoves and washbasins in the corridors provide a warm, at the same time original cosiness that cannot be found in any house with a newer year of construction. And yet the apartment on the first floor is surprisingly spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and, above all, provide a view of the majestic mountains that surround the sun terrace of Braunwald.
The bathroom, a separate toilet, the kitchen with its own balcony as well as a bedroom and the living room lead off from a hallway. The kitchens and bathrooms are charmingly getting on in years - with skill, existing things such as the chiseled natural wood doors and the hatches to the living room have been combined with new things in a unique way.

Both the bedroom and the living room are each preceded by a south-facing balcony.
