Gondola Hüttenberg - Grotzenbüel
As a replacement for the 2-seater gondola lift, Switzerland's first group gondola lift was built in 1990 from the Hüttenberg to the popular Grotzenbüel skiing and hiking area. The lift is in operation with two groups of 4 in summer and winter. This way you can easily reach the Glarus mountains with a fantastic view of the Ortstock and Tödi.
Transport strollers
Strollers are transported free of charge on the Braunwaldbahn and the Braunwald sports railways.

Extra trips are possible on request and in advance (register at least 24 hours in advance).

Directions
From Linthal with the Braunwald funicular or on foot along the mountain path to Braunwald. From the Braunwald funicular mountain station, first along Oberloochstrasse and later along Hüttenbergstrasse to Hüttenberg, where you have reached the valley station of the Hüttenberg - Grotzenbüel gondola lift (approx. 10 minutes on foot).

Lunch break:
When there is a high number of guests, the trams do not take a lunch break.
Weather:
In case of bad weather, low number of guests or too strong winds, operations will be suspended.
