Every life story is exciting and unique. Regardless of who we are, where we come from, what we have achieved and where we are in our lives right now. In the Glarus storytelling café "Glaris verzellt" there is room for your personal story. We are inspired by a given theme and tell our memories about it. These stories give us insight into different times and take us to different places.

New in the historic Hänggiturm in Glarus/Ennenda
The modern and recently reconceptualised museum is devoted to the tragic fate of Anna Göldi. Executed by the sword in 1782, the museum focuses on the subject of human rights.
Its centrepiece is the incredibly well-documented trial, specifically the torture accounts. Guided by this, visitors wander from one thematic island to the next: Witchcraft, Networks of Power, Enlightenment, Publicity, Culture of Remembering, Rehabilitation.
