Fireplace Meissenbödeli

The beautiful, small and official fireplace of the magazine "Schweizer Familie" offers a great view of the mountains.

Accessibility:
From Matt you can take the cable car to the Weissenberge mountain station in a few minutes. From the mountain station, all you have to do is follow the signs in the direction of the fireplace. After a bend in the path, it is a little hidden behind a hill on the right.

Location:
The fenced fireplace has a brick fireplace and is located on the edge of a group of trees. A few steps away a stream flows by, on the other side the view of the mountains opens up. Firewood can be found on site as well as a waste bin. Since the fireplace is rather small, it is only suitable for a few people.
