The holiday home is located at 1250 meters above sea level in the agricultural zone, next to a farm with cows. The near or far surroundings are very suitable for walks in the great outdoors and the mountains.

The close surroundings around the holiday home are also ideal with children; (Playing, sledging in the snow). small streams and family fireplaces as well as playgrounds in the enchanted forest etc. In the house, wood can be used for heating and cooking. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The approximately 200-year-old part of the house has rustic, low rooms (170 - 180cm). The other part of the house has normal room heights. The tap water in the house comes directly from the best sources in the local mountains.
