The guide will take you through the 190-year-old family brewery. You will learn all about the history of beer and the Adler brewery. On a tour of the old cellars and new production rooms, you will experience first-hand how the brewing trade has changed over time.

Of course, a tasting is not to be missed. After the tour, you will have the unique chance to tap beer from an 18,000-liter fermentation tank. During the subsequent beer tasting, you will discover our variety of beers and can ask questions at your leisure to get to the bottom of the secret of the art of brewing.

In keeping with the trip to the brewery, a meal in our traditional brewery inn is also suitable.

Of course, our beers accompany you during your meal.

Notes

Tours of our brewery are only possible by appointment. The tour has many stairs and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.

For food law reasons, animals are not allowed in the production rooms.

The tours are conducted in German - tours in English are possible after consultation.

Despite all the love for the art of brewing and our customers, a guided tour is also an effort for our brewers. For this reason, a minimum amount of 10 people must be charged for normal brewery tours, even if a group has fewer people. We ask for your understanding.
