Elmerlodge
At 1480 m above sea level, the Elmerlodge is located in the middle of the snow sports and hiking area, right next to the mountain station of the 6-seater gondola lift. It offers apartments for families and small groups.
Up here we are in harmony with nature, quality, sustainability and individualism instead of mass tourism.
Thanks to the unique "ski-in / ski-out" concept, sporty couples and families can access the slopes directly from the house in winter, and in summer the hiking trail leads directly past the house.
In the low season, the lodge is available for seminars and company outings during the week, and on weekends private individuals should have priority.
The Elmerlodge guests cater for themselves, depending on the room category in the room itself (apartments) or in the large communal kitchen (Family Wing).
Groceries can be ordered directly from the Volg in Elm, delivery to the mountain station.

APARTMENTS:
6 two-storey apartments (à 37m2) with small kitchenette (2 hotplates) and bathroom (WC / shower), access to the terrace, comfortable seating (2 single beds can be used as a sofa) with table, chairs, Wi-Fi.
On the upper floor is the cosy sleeping floor with a comfortable, high-quality box-spring double bed. (max. sleeping accommodation: 4 persons (4 apartments), 2 apartments for 5 persons)

4 family rooms plus 2 double rooms
Equipment:
- Family room: comfortable, high-quality high-standing box spring bed and high-quality sofa bed. Toilet/shower over hallway, shared with 1 family room, access to terrace, wifi.
- Double room (25 m2): comfortable box-spring bed, WC/shower in the room, access to the terrace, Wi-Fi.
Max. sleeping accommodation: 4×4 people (family room) plus 2×2 people (double room) = total 20 people
For cooking, the large communal kitchen and the lounge on the ground floor are available exclusively for all guests on this floor.

With us, the whole house can also be rented exclusively. Whether privately or as a company / group. Room layout see categories: Apartments / Family & Friends Wing, total max. 46 people
SEMINARS:
In the off-season, we offer companies great opportunities to hold seminars / workshops in the Elmerlodge far away from the daily business events. Of course, this is exclusive, i.e. no other guests in the house.

After some renovation work, the apartments in the Elmerlodge will be available for rent again from mid-July 2022.
