Often covered with black ice, Lake Klöntal also attracts divers in winter. From January until late March, you can indulge in this adventurous spectacle and explore a 180-year-old wreck at a depth of 40 m.

Warning
It is only recommended for experienced divers to visit the wreck, as it is associated with an open water descent and, depending on the season, poor visibility. In order to be able to guarantee safe diving under the ice, an ice diving course should definitely be completed.

Filling station
There is a filling station at the Hotel Rhodannenberg, where diving tanks can be easily refilled. A Bauer compressor with patented P41 filter system ensures the purest breathing air.
