Summer 2026 season start of the Sportbahnen Elm

Games, fun and action from the Pentecost weekend onwards

The playground at the Ämpächli mountain restaurant with the giant trampolines and many other activities will be open to all guests from Pentecost Saturday onwards. Anyone who wants to feel the fresh mountain air on their face during a fast-paced mountain cart or scooter ride can experience this from the Ämpächli back down to the valley. For safety reasons, the scooter track will only be open on weekends and public holidays during the construction period in summer 2026.

Enjoy a heavenly meal with a view

Let yourself be pampered and enjoy the spacious sun terrace at the Ämpächli mountain restaurant with its breathtaking view of the Sardona Tektonikarena. There is something to suit every taste in the food and drinks menu. The cosy mountain restaurant ‘Älpli’ is also looking forward to welcoming summer guests from Pentecost onwards, whether for a stop-off after a hike, a nice aperitif or a hearty lunch.

Riesenwald opens its doors

For all Riesenwald fans, the Riesenwald adventure trail is also opening its doors and inviting curious children’s eyes to explore. At 17 different stations, you can discover the world of the giant Martin and fortify yourself at the cosy barbecue areas.

Sunday, 14 June: Family Day at the Ämpächli

The Family Day is especially for our little guests, who will be able to enjoy a varied range of activities with enthusiasm on this day. Clown Ischa from the Mugg Circus will entertain and animate the children. This year, the children can also look forward to a new children’s rodeo, a ball cannon area, a giant XXL 4-in-a-row game and other activities. All of this, as well as the entire range of activities including giant trampolines, climbing opportunities and outdoor bowling, can be used free of charge. Parents can comfortably watch their children on this varied adventure from the spacious sun terrace of the Ämpächli mountain restaurant and always have them in sight. On the Family Day, children up to the age of 16 also travel free of charge on the gondola lift. Come and experience this great day with us – it will be unforgettable.

FUTURO Construction Site Tours

During the summer season 2026, the Sportbahnen will also offer construction site tours around the FUTURO snowmaking project for all those interested. Anyone who wants to know what all goes into a snowmaking system can experience it for themselves. The dates of these tours and registration details will be published on the Sportbahnen website soon.
