Käsepass Alp Braunwald
The Braunwaldalp is the fourth alp in the chain of groups, Oberblegi, Bösbächi, Braunwald. It can be reached from the Bösbächialp via the hiking trail in the direction of Braunwald - or coming from Braunwald.
Braunwald is accessible from Linthal by funicular, then follow the road through the village towards Schwettiberg and on, soon the huts can be seen. The Ortstock greets you and the cheese pass stamp can be found here at the alpine cheese dairy of Margrit and Jakob Streiff-Ruckstuhl.
There is also a self-service refrigerator where you can buy the fine Braunwald alpine cheese, alpine raclette cheese and, depending on the time, alpine butter.
